August 4–6, 2026
The name says it all. BAEcation brings together three amazing teachers at the heart of MPSD — Beth, Amanda, and Erika — each teaching in their own discipline over three days of focused, high-level training. B for Beth. A for Amanda. E for Erika.
Designed specifically for experienced dancers in two age groups (11–13 and 14+), BAEcation is where serious students get serious time with the instructors who built this school. Whether you are sharpening your ballet technique, unlocking your jazz funk style, or diving into the emotional depth of lyrical — this is three days that will change how you dance.
Three Teachers. Three Styles. Three Days.
Ballet with Beth
Beth brings her years of professional performance and teaching expertise to a focused three-day ballet stream. Expect precise technique, artistry, and the kind of detailed correction that makes a lasting difference to a dancer’s training. If you want to be challenged, this is the room to be in.
Jazz Funk with Amanda
Amanda’s jazz funk classes are energetic, current, and demanding. This stream is for dancers who want to sharpen their style, develop their performance quality, and push their movement vocabulary in a high-energy environment. Come ready to work.
Lyrical with Erika
Erika’s lyrical stream asks dancers to go beneath the surface — to connect movement to music and emotion in a way that is genuinely expressive. These classes develop artistry, fluidity, and the ability to tell a story through dance. Come ready to feel it.
Three Days of Focused Training
BAEcation is built for dancers who already have a foundation and are ready to build on it. Over the three days, participants will:
- Train intensively across three distinct styles with MPSD’s most experienced faculty
- Receive focused individual feedback from Beth, Amanda, and Erika directly
- Work alongside peers at a similar level in a motivated, driven environment
- Leave with new skills, new inspiration, and a stronger technical base heading into the fall semester
This is not a beginner program — it is designed for dancers who are ready to be challenged.
