Elisabeth (Beth) Hartling, a St. John’s native, brings a wealth of international dance education and experience to her role as Co-Artistic Director at Mount Pearl School of Dance.
Educational Background and Certifications
- Graduate with Distinction, Teacher Training Program, Canada’s National Ballet School

- Master of Arts in Education (Dance Teaching), University of Bath

Pioneering Achievements
Beth’s affiliation with Rising Tide Irish Dance Academy has brought CLRG remote teaching status to MPSD, a first for Newfoundland. This groundbreaking development allows local Irish dancers to compete in feiseanna and complete Irish exams on par with CLRG students worldwide. Beth also brought RAD ballet exams to the province with the inaugural exam session in 2012.
