Registration and Payment
- Tuition is due at the beginning of each term or according to the payment plan selected.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
- We accept cash, debit, and Visa/Mastercard and pre-authorized credits card payments are available.
- All account fees must be paid in full by the last day of classes in order to receive recital costumes.
Withdrawals and Refunds
- Written notice is required for all withdrawals.
- Refunds are prorated based on the date of withdrawal notice.
- Competition registration fees are nonrefundable.
- Costume deposits are non-refundable after December 31st.
Missed Classes
- No refunds or credits are given for missed classes.
- Make-up classes may be available for certain programs – check with the office.
- Extended absences due to illness or injury may be eligible for credit with a doctor’s note.
- Students must have 85% attendance to be eligible to dance in the recital, be considered for a dance exam, or participate in competition.
Storm Closings and Cancellations
- Class cancellations due to inclement weather will be announced on our website and social media.
- Classes for weather-related cancellations will not be rescheduled.
