Recital 2023 Procedure Letter

DRESS REHEARSAL 1 - Monday, May 22

There will be two dress rehearsals on Monday, May 22nd. Attached you will find the schedule for dress rehearsal 1 taking place 11-3:30pm at the Arts & Culture Centre ( first half from 11:00-1:00pm and the second half from 1:30-3:30pm).Dancers are expected to be in full costume for this rehearsal and to arrive 20 minutes early.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 24th RUNNING ORDER REVISED

Here is the recital running order for Wednesday May 24th. The show starts at 6:30pm and the tickets go on sale on April the 25th at the Arts and Culture Centre Box office (www.artsandculturecentre.com) or by calling the box office at 709-729-3900. Tickets are $30 plus fees and taxes.

Here is the recital running order for Tuesday May 23rd. The show starts at 6:30pm and the tickets go on sale on April the 25th at the Arts and Culture Centre Box office (www.artsandculturecentre.com) or by calling the box office at 709-729-3900. Tickets are $30 plus fees and taxes.

The Dance School will be closed on the following dates:
September 30th (Day of Truth and Reconciliation)
October 9th and 10th (Thanksgiving holidays)
December 16th to January 5th, reopening January 6th (Christmas holidays)
April 7th until April 13th, reopening April 14th (Easter Holidays)

Welcome to our 2022-2023 dance season!
Classes will begin on Friday, September 9th, 2022. Our in-house dance wear store is open on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 6th and 7th from 5-8pm for all your class attire needs.

Hi folks! We ask all parents and dancers to review our 'Recital Procedure Letter' as it includes all the information you need about staging, Tech/Dress, and performance days (what entrance to use, where to go, what time, what to bring, etc.).

Tech/Dress Schedule for Friday the 27th of May, 2022

All students are asked to arrive a half hour before their tech/dress time.
